No One Knows

Sapna was born in the countryside but raised in the vibrant, fast-paced city of Mumbai, where she gained her strong, unapologetic presence. Two years ago, she married Mukesh, and together they have been navigating the intense and complex journey of IVF in India.

This documentary project follows them through the heavy social expectations of motherhood, capturing the quiet moments of hope, the cold reality of medical science, and the resilience of a longing heart.
